It is not every day that a major behemoth comes into town with a major feature. One of the biggest social media platforms is introducing a dating services service on its platform. It has been delayed because one of the European countries has raised the alarm over privacy issues. Europe has very strict privacy laws in relation to the US. Europe did not know according to the commission. That this major company was about to introduce this service until days before its intended plan. This earned it a stay of action given its previous history on the continent. Which had previously earned it a previous ban and an eye-watering fine of billions. Although this was a very large sum in the company’s resource base it is merely chicken change.

The US Department of Justice is scrutinising the activities of these companies presently under antitrust charges . It has already netted the largest fish first under antitrust wars.
